Every result on this page is from our HVAC work, and we label it that way on purpose. We don't have permission-backed, measured construction case studies to publish yet, and we will not invent them. What these HVAC results do show is how a disciplined approach to credibility, specific pages and tracked enquiries performs in a trade business. For each one, we explain what a general contractor or subcontractor can take from it.

GasBoilers.ca: launching a new line of work under its own banner
GasBoilers.ca is a gas-boiler division we built for CANRO Heat. The division reaches 26+ BC communities, and its Google profile shows 5.0★ from 76+ Google reviews.
What it shows: a company can move into a more specialised category by giving that work its own clear identity, pages and proof, instead of burying it inside a general site.
What transfers to contractors: when a residential renovator wants to win commercial fit-outs, or a framer wants multi-unit work, the same approach applies. Build a distinct section, or sometimes a distinct brand, with its own project pages and its own capability statement. Builders and owners trust a company that looks specialised in the exact work they need.
CanroHeat.ca: steady lead growth from a credible core site
CanroHeat.ca achieved 250% lead growth.
What it shows: when a company's main website clearly explains what it does, where it works and why it can be trusted, enquiries grow, even before any clever campaign.
What transfers to contractors: most contractors try to add advertising before fixing the basics. A plain, fast site with a prequalification page and real projects is the foundation. That is why our bid credibility package often comes first.
Roma Heating & Cooling: specific content that compounds
Roma Heating & Cooling saw 400% organic traffic growth in 12 months.
What it shows: search visibility grows when a site publishes specific, useful pages consistently over a full year, not in one burst.
What transfers to contractors: for a general contractor, the equivalent of a useful article is a well-documented project page. Publishing one within a month of every handover, for a year, builds a body of proof that search engines and reviewers both reward. Our larger-project search service is built around that habit.
HVACDeal.ca: measuring return, not activity
HVACDeal.ca generated 500+ leads at a 12:1 ROI.
What it shows: marketing can be judged in dollars when every enquiry is tracked from first contact to sale.
What transfers to contractors: construction marketing is rarely measured, which is why so much of it is wasted. With longer cycles and larger projects, you need to track invitations, shortlists and awards by source. Our bid hit-rate guide shows the calculation, and we report it monthly.
How to read any agency's results
Whoever you hire, ask the same questions of their proof.
- Is the client named and the website live? Anonymous "a contractor in Ontario" stories can't be checked.
- Is the metric clear? Traffic, leads and ROI are different things. Make sure you know which one is being claimed.
- Is it from your kind of business? If not, does the agency say so plainly and explain why the method still applies?
- Over what period? A result over 90 days and one over three years mean very different things.
One more test is worth applying to any agency, ourselves included: ask what the agency would measure in your first ninety days, and what number would make them recommend stopping. A clear answer to the second question tells you a lot about how honest the reporting will be.

Frequently asked questions
Why don't you show construction case studies?
Because we only publish results we can name and link, and our published, measured results are from HVAC work. We would rather show you real HVAC numbers and explain what transfers than invent construction numbers.
Will a contractor get the same percentages?
There's no way to promise that. Contractors have longer sales cycles, fewer and larger projects, and different buyers. What transfers is the method and the discipline of measuring it.
Can we check these results ourselves?
Yes. Every client named here has a live website linked on this page, and the full case-study list is published on HVAC.Agency.
