The quickest way to reach Trades.Contractors is to call or text (604) 632-4959, or email Ali@Sedighi.ca. Our hours are Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. We usually reply within one business day. There are no forms to fill in and no booking system to work around; a person reads every message.

What happens next

  1. Send a short note

Your business name, city and what you need.

  2. Get a reply

Ali or a senior strategist answers, usually the next business day.

  3. Plan the next step

If it fits, you get a clear proposal. If not, honest advice.

Three ways to reach us

Call

Call (604) 632-4959 during business hours if you want to talk it through now. If we miss you because we're on another call, we call back.

Text

Text the same number if you are on site or between meetings. A two-line message is enough to start, and we can move to a call when it suits you.

Email

Email Ali@Sedighi.ca if you want to send project lists, an existing capability statement or links to your website. Attachments are welcome.

Our hours are Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific, which is mid-morning to evening in Atlantic Canada. We work with contractors in every time zone and can set calls early or late in your day when needed.

What to include in your first message

Specifics get you a sharper answer from us on the first reply. None of these points is required, though each one saves a round of questions.

  • Your company and trade. General contractor, design-build, or which subtrade.
  • Where you work. The cities or regions you take projects in. Our areas page shows how we approach each part of Canada.
  • The project you want more of. For example, "multi-unit framing packages over $300,000" or "tenant improvements for medical offices".
  • Where your work comes from now. A few builders, public tenders, referrals, or homeowner enquiries.
  • What usually goes wrong. Never invited, invited but not shortlisted, or found by the wrong buyers.
  • Your website address, if you have one.

A template you can copy for a text or email:

Hi Ali, this is [Your name] from [Business name] in [City]. We're a [trade or GC] doing mostly [current project type]. We want more [target project type] around [project size]. Our main problem is [not invited / not shortlisted / not found]. Our website is [website]. Best time to reach me is [time].

What happens next

  1. We reply, usually within one business day. If it's a fit, we suggest a time for the free 30-minute consultation. If it isn't, we say so and, where we can, point you somewhere more useful.
  2. The consultation. We look at your recent projects and how you win work, then name the gap we think matters most. You'll talk to a senior strategist, not a salesperson.
  3. A written plan. If you want to go ahead, you get a short written scope: what we'll produce, the timeline, how we'll measure it and which plan from the pricing page fits. Nothing starts until you agree.

Before you get in touch

It helps to know what we are and aren't. We are a marketing and business consulting service for general contractors and subcontractors, and we are not a contractor. We don't do construction work, prepare bids, review tenders or advise on licensing.

If you'd like to read more first, the services page explains the four ways we help, the results page shows our published HVAC results, and the FAQ answers the common questions about contracts, ownership and reporting.

A note on privacy

We use the details you send only to reply to you and, if you become a client, to plan your work. We only send marketing messages to people who have contacted us first, and you can ask us to stop at any time. If you send us bid results, builder names or margins so we can understand your business, we treat them as confidential and never use them for anyone else.

If you are writing on behalf of a company you work for rather than own, say so in your first message. We are happy to talk with estimators, office managers and project managers, and we will simply ask who else should be part of the decision.

Frequently asked questions

Is the first conversation really free?

Yes. The first 30-minute consultation is free for eligible trades businesses, and there's no obligation to buy anything afterwards.

Can I text instead of calling?

Yes. Many contractors prefer to text from site. Send a short message with your business name and what you're after, and we'll reply or set a time to talk.

Do I need to prepare anything?

Not much. A list of recent projects and a rough sense of where your work comes from is plenty. The section below lists what helps most.

Will you share my information?

No. What you tell us about your projects, builders and pricing stays with us and is used only to answer you and, if you hire us, to plan your marketing.
