The three plans
| Plan | Month-to-month | Billed annually | Best suited to |
|---|---|---|---|
| Growth | $1,999/month | $1,499/month | An established contractor that needs core marketing: credibility material, project pages and steady local visibility |
| Elite | $3,999/month | $2,999/month | A contractor running several channels at once, such as builder outreach plus search; includes 50% off Trades.Agency website design packages |
| Enterprise | $7,999/month | $5,999/month | A larger GC or multi-region firm that wants a dedicated marketing team and priority support; includes a free website design and build (any package) |
Every plan runs month to month; 30 days' notice ends it. The annual rate is simply the reward for committing to twelve months up front.
What drives the cost for a contractor
For a contractor, plan fit comes down to three practical questions about scope, geography and your current website.
- How many gaps you need to close at once. One gap, such as a weak prequalification package, fits comfortably in Growth. Closing two or three at once, for example builder outreach plus search plus a new website, pushes you toward Elite.
- How many regions and sectors. A framer working one metro area is simpler than a GC chasing institutional work in three provinces. Each sector and region needs its own project proof.
- Whether you need a new website. If your site can't show projects properly, the website discount in Elite or the included build in Enterprise can change the maths.
A worked check before you buy anything
Before choosing a plan, test it against your own margins. This is the same method as our bid hit-rate guide, shortened.
- Annual cost of Growth on annual billing: $1,499 × 12 = $17,988, plus GST/HST.
- Suppose your average awarded project brings $22,000 of gross profit.
- The plan pays for itself if it leads to one extra awarded project a year, with room to spare.
Now do it with your real numbers. If your average gross profit per job is $4,000, you would need about five extra awarded jobs a year just to cover the plan, and that may be the wrong investment for now. We would rather tell you that on a free call than sell you a plan that can't pay back.
How to choose
- Start with Growth if you are a subtrade with one priority: getting onto more builder lists. Pair the builder relationship program with a bid credibility package.
- Choose Elite if you are a GC moving into a new sector and need a new portfolio site, search visibility and outreach together.
- Consider Enterprise if you run multiple divisions or regions and want the marketing handled by a dedicated team.
If you are unsure, start smaller. Because plans run month to month, moving up is easy once the first results are visible, and moving down is just as easy if a season turns quiet. Many contractors time a step up for the months before builders set their trade lists, then hold steady through the busy building season.
What you own
You own your website, domain, Google Business Profile, analytics and ad accounts, plus every document we write for you, including capability statements and project sheets. If you leave, they stay with you. That is part of why we can offer no lock-in.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a setup fee?
Ask us on the first call, because it depends on what you already have. Anything outside your plan, such as a one-time portfolio build, is quoted in writing before any work starts.
Can we cancel?
Yes. Nothing ties you in beyond the current month; give us 30 days' notice and the plan ends. Choosing annual billing lowers the monthly price because you commit to the year.
Is ad spend included?
Treat paid media as a separate budget you control. If paid search makes sense for your project types, we agree the budget with you in writing before anything is spent, and the campaigns run in an ad account registered to your business.
Is the first conversation free?
Yes. Eligible trades businesses get a free 30-minute first consultation, and it sits apart from any paid plan, so there is nothing to cancel afterwards.
